Each year, members of our District Advisory Committee, Capital Improvement Committee, Student Advisory Committee, District Teachers and Leaders, and the BISD Board of Trustees work together to support the continuous improvement of our district. Our District Strategic Plan is a living document that guides our work. It provides the power of intentionality while still allowing the potential of emergence as we learn, grow, and lead. Each plan has been developed to articulate a vision and support progress toward our District Goals of LEARNING, LEADERSHIP, CULTURE, AND COMMUNITY.
