Bellville ISD is offering optional Chromebook insurance for the 2025–2026 school year in partnership with Securranty. This coverage helps protect families from unexpected costs due to accidental damage, loss, or theft, so repairs/replacements can be handled quickly and at little to no cost.

Key Details:

• Insurance Cost: $29.95 per student per year
• When to purchase: ASAP Before any damage or loss occurs (coverage is not retroactive).  Recommended to purchase within 30 days of device checkout from the school.
• Coverage Includes: Accidental damage, hardware malfunctions, theft, and loss (as outlined in the policy)

• One policy is needed per student/device 3rd-12th.
• Exclusions: 
  • Intentional damage, abuse, or misuse are not covered.
